Sorry about the confusion. The editable text layers are in the hidden folder called "Grunge_stripes_layers".
Once you have edited the text you will need to merge all layers in that folder so that you can create a clipping mask over the frame. There is a tutorial here: http://tutorials.mysitemyway.com/yellow- construction-striped-grunge-text-effect/ if you want to learn how to create only the text effect.
