Icon button

This works like an Icon or a button!
Follow the steps:
1. Create a Rounded Rectangle/Ellipse shape and aply the layer style
2. Duplicate this shape and reduce the size (transform)
3. Add some shadows by creating a new layer > paint white >... < less more >
